How funny is it that Ru obviously picked monet and trinity so there would be not backlash for an all white hall of fame but now, there is some backlash for that very decision to pick two winners for apparences.

I find it funny that black folk won't stop supporting pedophiles and rapists (R Kelly, Bill Cosby, etc) and serial abusers (Chris Brown, Floyd Mayweather, etc.) but y'all will bend over backwards to let a black woman know that you won't support her in getting what she deserves. Monique shouldn't have to settle just because y'all would. When she did her ex-friend Lee Daniels a solid and worked on Precious for $50,000  y'all criticized her, but now that she has decided to stand up for what she deserves it's a problem? Netflix hasn't even had to respond to the issue because black folk up and down social media are making excuses for them. Monique did the right thing. All money ain't good money. And if she had accepted the deal, did the comedy special and it did extremely well then y’all would be criticizing her for not getting more money upfront. SMDH
