I’m Baaaaaaack!!! Back on my game and man does it feel good! Getting back on track this season has been a little challenging for me since I started a new career, I’m working on my brand and then got sick for a few weeks. I’ve started and stopped prep a couple times, officially started prepping again three weeks ago and am down 10 lbs and feeling great! 💪🏻😄 It really hit me this morning while doing my fasted cardio; I feel focused and locked in now. Nothing and no one will deter me when I get this focused and I’m excited to be prepping for the stage again 😄😍 Just want to share this rocky start I’ve had with any of my fellow bikini athletes who might experience the same sometimes, or really this is for anyone who has difficulty starting and sticking with an exercise routine and diet.
