For our team incentive we went to do an escape room! We found this place called hashtag escape and as luck would have it the place was in grant avenue just down from sam's house! unfortunately Menzi couldn't make it at the last minute and Ikey had car issues so Sam took their place as we had already paid. The puzzle was set in this room where a girl had vanished and you had to solve the puzzle of what had happened. You get locked in the room and have an hour to solve it. As u go along u figure out riddles to open boxes to get keys to open drawers with more clues. When we opened the first door there was this room which had blood on the wall and there was this secret compartment in he mattress where we found another clue. When we found the key to the cupboard I was too scared to open it as I thought something would jump out so I stood behind the door so it would jump on everyone else. There was a doll hanging on the door and I just saw something swing out the cupboard. I screamed so much during all of this my throat was sore lol. The cupboard had a hidden opening at the back where we had to solve this map where kids had been sacrificed. Everyone was amazed at Sam and I how we went into sister mode with our communication and were just figuring stuff out but only we knew what the other was on about lol. Gosh it was so much fun and we solved it with 9 minutes to spare. Afterwards we went to Baja Taco for margaritas and then to Schwarma Co for some yummy dinner. It was such an awesome night just a pity Menzi and Ikey couldn't make it. Next time!
