I remember weeks before the ceremony. I and all the vendors knew there was a chance of rain that day of Elmer and Rumee's wedding. We talked about a Plan B of doing it inside one of the ballrooms. Yes! That was the safe version. Elmer mentioned to me the whole reason they booked this venue was for the view, nature, and ambiance of the garden. We'd go back and forth looking at weather apps debating should we or should we not. It was like looking at the stock market as prices go up and down. Well, in the end, it did rain.
