Hardwork that really pays, despite of labor shortages happening here. To be honest, working in this industry like that takes a lot of pains physically, emotionally, and psychologically to meet the demands and generate sales, and also mostly to support themselves or their family. As for me, I’m still working in this industry and I know how painful toiling all day, but it pays experiences and learnings not just only money. Before we complain and demand anything like what the “Karens” usually doing, see ourselves and think, “What if we’re in their position and experiencing the same treatment?” Just a simple “Thank you” would give them a lot of motivation to work hard and cheerfully.
