False Knight and Hornet 

Warm up drawing to get me back into using my tablet after doing only Miiverse drawings for about a month. Hollow Knight is an wonderfully well designed metroidvania game that I think puts up fierce competition for even 2D Metroid games! I haven't even gotten too far, but I know that it's a long game with a huge world that's tons of fun to get lost in and explore. The game combines lots of little features from other games for a really cool experience; just to name a few a badge-like system from Paper Mario, a Pokedex like encyclopedia that slowly gains more info the more you battle, a Dark Souls type death system, and of course collectable health upgrades and rewards for exploration. The world is designed so well that you never really feel restricted with your current abilities. Of course there will be areas you can't reach yet, or difficult enemies to fight, but many times you still can explore an extent of the area if you're good enough, plus there's so much to do anyway that it doesn't matter if you find a dead end. Oh, and the game just looks good visually I highly recommend buying the game, even at full price since there's a lot of content to enjoy, and for any fellow Switch owners, I hear a Nintendo Switch port is supposed to come out sometime soon.
