Covers in progress above. When making multiples, I like to do the same step together for all books instead of finishing one book and then redoing it. If I were doing more than 3 copies I'd probably have to split it up.
Check out my secret Oxford hollow! The textblock on the right (below) has the hollow attached and the one on the left (below) doesn't have one attached yet so you can see the stitching. It's "secret" because it has cool paper design that's not super noticeable on the finished book unless you peer down the gap between spine and cover with the book open. Mine matches one of the papers used on the covers.
These pics are from when the textblocks were already constructed but before getting their covers (gasp, the books are naked). From the view below you can see that the endpapers are longer than necessary, sticking out longer than the pages. This is so that once the covers are attached, I can press the endpaper into the hinge of the cover and trim it to the correct length before gluing it down.
