are you using the screen capture key assigned by the sims ui? or are you using a 3rd party program to take pictures? bc the ui usually doesnt capture reshade
I assigned the F12 button in the reshade settings as my screenshot key & use that one.
It works fine in ts4, but not ts3 for some reason.
