The fast rolling gif consists of two gifs spliced together, because the undo limit from picoCAD was reached and the ball stopped rolling.
The Spot from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and his transformation!
I've made the two models a while back actually after I watched the movie in July, but I was too lazy to make the transformation animation... but now it's done!
The background was separately made in picoCAD and then added to the normal character gifs in Aseprite. The transformation animation was made in Aseprite. I've never made an animation like this before, so I hope it turned out well.
I especially like the surreal, creepy look of the background (+ its rotation changes after the transformation!) and I think I nailed the kinda silly pose of Spot in his original form.

I made this skull like a year ago, but forgot to post it around halloween that time, but now it's here! As it was one of my first bigger models at that time, it has some flaws (maybe just to my eyes) but nonetheless turned out really well.
