"That was a much darker time, Ronald," the smile on her lips faded and formed into a small frown. "I can't take back all the wrongs I've done in my life, but I also know that I can't look back on these moments, because if I do I'll just end up hating myself. I'm done with that part of my life, all I want is to live in the now. I want to watch the kids that come to my studio dance, and find a love for the one thing that's kept me stable throughout it all, the one thing that was always there for me." Her words came to a pause as she bit down on her lip, fighting back the tears that were urging to fall. 

As Tracey walked into the house that evening, her eyes readjusted as she heard Bonnie. She had left Bonnie to house-sit, something Tracey was incredibly grateful for. It wasn't easy finding a trusting hand that gets along with a child in this neighborhood. "That little rascal," she commented with a light, humorless chuckle. "Kids will be kids, I guess it's better than what most kids are doing these days, at least she's actually spending time outside." Though Tracey wasn't happy about it, she knew getting overly excited about the situation wouldn't solve anything. Simple punishment would be for Rylee to clean up what she'd done, and provoking candy privileges. "Thank you for your help, really it's very appreciated."
