Those photos are me, from my very first Halloween four years ago (original post over here).  This tweet straight up stole our photos!  A special shout-out to tyrano_tortoise_rex on Instagram for bringing this tweet to our attention!

We were fans of Taylor Nicole Dean before this happened.  We are very disappointed that someone as famous as she is taking advantage of lesser known accounts like ours.  Since we were fans, we even messaged her multiple times on Instagram and YouTube and left multiple comments on her Instagram posts asking her to credit us.  She has completely ignored us.

Even if Taylor found our photos somewhere else that didn’t credit us, that is NOT an excuse.  Every photo on the Internet was created by someone.  Photos don’t just magically spawn on the Internet.  Google Images takes five seconds, and our blog posts are the very first two results!

We have reported this tweet to Twitter.  So if the tweet doesn’t exist anymore, it will be because Twitter did the right thing and took the tweet down.

If you ever see our photos posted anywhere, please let us know!  We love that our photos spread so much joy, but it’s not cool when people repost our photos (on Tumblr or elsewhere) without crediting us.  (Using Tumblr’s native reblog feature so a post can be traced back to us is, of course, a-okay!)
