Oh yeah! I forgot to follow up on it, heh. But! It no longer resembles a nuclear wasteland, since the terraforming is 100% done! Behold... Tattersall, the island that’s shaped (more or less) like a plaid pattern! Most of the residents are rodents or lagomorphs because I just think they’re neat.

The design choice was, of course, mostly for it to look cool on the map rather than how easy it is to walk through all this, so it took me a while to figure out how to get it accessible enough. But now you can get through the whole island without a ladder or a vaulting pole! It has two and a half elevated “neighborhoods” and a shopping district.

There are plenty of fake bridges but a total of 0 actual bridges because the rivers are narrow enough for your little character to just jump over the water!

Anyway, I haven’t gotten super far with decorating it yet but there are a few areas that are nice-looking enough to look at already:

My house, whose first floor and basement are themed after a 50s diner and ice cream shop respectively!

The beginnings of a drive-in movie theater! I just need to get car beds of different colors now

Flora and Coco’s yards!

A little marketplace that’s still under construction but I plan on having it “sell” all kinds of different stuff
