This is a good question because I know a lot of us struggle or find it difficult to make a decision on this. Leviticus 19:18 talks about tattoo’s. I always like to refer brothers or sisters to scripture if there is any to back it up.

If it were me I’d maybe do some research? Talk to close friends, those you can trust for their Godly opinions or even someone you know well in church.

To some tattoo’s are a big deal and to others not but what you do with your body is between you and God. Anyone else can only give you an opinion and even then it has the potential to sway decisions.

I would suggest praying, God can give you the clarity and wisdom you need to make the right decisions to bring Him all the Glory.

Ultimately, we as Christians are supposed to do things that will bring God glory. If we were to get a tattoo that had the name of someone, and not something that pointed the glory to God - it wouldn't be a good thing. If we were to have a cross - that would be bringing glory to God.
