Ingredients: 1 lb ground sausage. 1 cup chopped onion. 1 cup chopped celery. 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon dried sage. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 8 cups bread cubes. 2 cups chicken broth. 1/2 cup melted butter.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, onion, celery, mushrooms, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Add bread cubes and toss until well combined. Pour chicken broth and melted butter over the bread mixture. Stir until evenly moistened. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
