Ingredients: 4 oz Amber Glass Boston Round Bottles With Black Ribbed Caps. 1 cup extra virgin olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed. 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes. 1 teaspoon black peppercorns. 1 sprig rosemary. 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
Instructions: Sterilize the Amber Glass Boston Round Bottles and caps by boiling them for 10 minutes or using a dishwasher. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat. Add crushed garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, black peppercorns, and rosemary to the saucepan. Stir in kosher salt and let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes to infuse the flavors. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Using a funnel, pour the infused olive oil into the Amber Glass Boston Round Bottles, making sure to include garlic and other ingredients.
