An accidental brush of lips followed by a pause and going back for another, on purpose

“Y/n! Y/n! Y/n! There’s something in my eye! There’s something in my eye! Help me get it out!” Tara shouted as she was freaking out and running over to you. Your head snapped in her direction to see what all the fuss was about before you got up from your chair.

“Sit here,” you told her and she did exactly as you said, taking the barstool you were just sitting at. She looked at you through one eye, her other one closed.

“This one?” You pointed to the closed eye and she nodded.

“I’m gonna open it, okay?” She nodded again and relaxed a bit. You placed your pointer finger on her top lid and your thumb on the bottom one to help keep her eye open while you got fairly close to her face in search for the unwelcome object that was in her eye.

“Look up for me,” you asked. You watched her honey-brown irises move upwards. Your face inched even closer to hers as you became more focused on the task at hand. All of a sudden, you heard a door open and Jake’s voice rang throughout the house as he sang rather loudly.

“Jake! Not now! I’m busy,” you shouted, turning your head at the obnoxious boy. That effectively quieted him and he went back to his room. You turned back to Tara and without realizing how close you were to her, your lips just barely brushed hers.

Your eyes went wide at what you just did but there was nothing you could do about it now. Tara looked into your eyes, her hand coming up to grab the back of your neck, and she planted her lips against yours purposefully. You didn’t know what to do but something inside you told you to kiss back so you did.

“I’ve been wanting to do that for a long time,” Tara whispered breathlessly as she pulled her lips from yours and leaned against your forehead.

“What about your eye?” you questioned so innocently. She let out a delighted giggle before responding.

“It doesn’t even bother me anymore.”

Omg yes of course! This is my first time writing for Tara or any of the trap girls for that matter so thank you so much for requesting her!!!

You shivered under the blankets that covered Tara’s bed and yourself. You tried to trap the heat by tucking the covers under you a bit but nothing seemed to work. Tara walked out of the bathroom before slipping into bed behind you. Her leg brushed your foot and she gasped.

“God, y/n! You’re freezing!”

“Yeah, I know. As much as I love this fuzzy pink blanket, it doesn’t do much,” you chuckled as you turned to face her. She rolled her eyes before a thoughtful expression showed on her face. You watched as the gears turned in her brain and then all of a sudden, the light bulb went off.

“I know what’ll work. Come here,” she spoke as she waved you over. You nodded before scooching closer to her small figure. She wrapped her arms around you and rubbed her delicate hands up and down your back soothingly. She rubbed her legs against yours to help create friction and provide you warmth.

“I’ll keep you warm,” she whispered as she continued to rub against you, keeping her promise to keep you warm.

“Thanks, Tara,” you softly mumbled into her chest as her actions brought you closer to falling asleep.

“Anytime, princess.” Those were the last words you heard before completely knocking out.
