Holy shit i actually never saw the translations lol. Ive only seen the raws/incomplete translations and ppl seem to rly fixate on that one i dont love you anymore line. But yea i always thought bums feelings are in turmoil because of the last line 'stop confusing me'. Just waiting for ch 16 to really solidify what bum's feeling. Could go either way at the after party. Wouldn't it be interesting if he starts rejecting sanwoo now when he's with his friends?
It’s really weird that they’re fixating on that when the entire point of the line is “No, he’s obviously still in love with him, he wouldn’t be reacting like this if he wasn’t” like how do you just. Ignore every other visual and verbal cue in the scene just to make a point. I was even starting to wonder how Bum was feeling about him before this chapter and this was like, a giant blinking neon sign that said “HE’S STILL IN LOVE WITH HIM.” complete with fireworks display like. He hates that he is he definitely does but he is. Still in love with him.
Hmmm I actually. I actually have a thought. About the party. I know u haven’t seen translations so I’ll try to to spoil as best I can but Sangwoo is like. Clearly. Planning something. Something for Bum. Like he mentions being excited and nervous about “planning something for someone” right before he tells him he loves him and that he needs him so like. The thing he’s planning is clearly FOR Bum. I think he’s gonna take one of the girls (probably the one he’s “seeing” right now and who he called annoying earlier in the chapter) and try to have Bum kill her. Like a proper initiation as his partner or something like that. But I don’t. Know.
Along that vein like you were mentioning, I’m reALLY interested in seeing how Bum will act around Sangwoo’s friends. Like will he be cold, will be be friendly, how will he react to Sangwoo, and how much time will they actually spend there? Sangwoo is obviously feeling really confident right now (Bum has had like. So many. SO many opportunities to get away at this point and he hasn’t tried since the incident in chapter 8. Sangwoo is feeling secure enough rn that he leaves Bum alone during the festival and is sure he won’t get away) so that makes me wonder how HE’LL act at the party too? Will he keep up the pretense that he’s interested in the girl or will he make it obvious that he’s with Bum? If he does, will the girl get jealous? How will Sangwoo’s friends react to Bum, even if Sangwoo only introduces him as a friend? There’s a lot that could happen, honestly.
Fetch is just the animal version of “catch”. So, yeah if someone throws something at me I’m either gonna catch it or dodge it, but I’m not compelled to anymore than you guys are compelled to catch things and throw them back.
I don’t chase cars, in or out of the suit.
