And now we move from the deserts of Letar and Vinar to the mountains on the Marban-Tambr border. This is a design for the area around the abandoned city of Jokmal, deep inside the Volcano Exclusion Zone of Mt. Chimkiru.

The town is supposed to be rather small, 2-3000 inhabitants, and its main livelihood were supposed to be border trade and logging.  Unfortunately, since the volcano has sprouted up (notice lava flows on the bottom right) the town has been evacuated, and the only inhabitants are the small garrison guarding the border fort and the transmission relay station (top of the picture, near arrow marked T) and the volcano scientific survey team, located in their field observatory, on the ridge to the bottom left, near the arrow marked M. The actual border is the dotted line.

Unfortunately, the script has evolved from this stage and requires larger areas in order for the timing of various events to work, so these are all obsolete designs.
