I'm of the opinion that if a child is not vaccinated (barring medical reasons) then they shouldn't be allowed in schools. If you want to exercise your right as a parent to keep your child vulnerable to preventable and dangerous diseases, then that is your (exceptionally bad) decision. But your chid doesn't get to pose a risk to another child. Your right as a parent to keep their child unvaccinated ends when it puts someone else's child (or someone else in general) life at risk. So do what is best for the wider community, and don't risk exposing your child to someone else who may be at risk from the disease that your (special snowflake) child will "never get." If you want to risk your child fine, but don't risk the lives of other people. You (and your child) don't have that right.
