The only time Nico and Jason ever get really mad is over the other
Like someone calls Nico creepy and weird and tells people to stay away from him and Jason's face gets all red and he's like "excuse you!?? You don't know him like I do!?? Shut your fucking mouth!??"
Or Nico overhears people gossiping about Jason talking "oh he fell off after the war" "mighty son of Jupiter my ass" and stuff like that and the room darkens and Nico doesn't even have to say anything before they're all apologizing.
