Talking Apple
In a small kitchen, an apple named Oliver lived, and he was my best friend. We had incredible conversations about life, laughter, and healthy living. Oliver was bright red with a shiny, smooth surface and always had a wise and witty response ready. He would often rest on the countertop next to the cookie jar, watching the world go by. One afternoon, Oliver argued that apples are the favorite fruit of many people because they are full of good stuff, such as vitamins, fiber, and health. I chuckled and asked Oliver what he would say to people who prefer cookies over apples. Oliver replied that cookies are fun in moderation but don't have the same benefits. He was like my body's best friend, keeping me feeling good inside and out. I laughed and felt grateful for Oliver's unique and fruit-shaped self. He made the ordinary seem magical, and life was always sweeter with a talking apple by my side. As a result, we stayed best friends, sharing laughter, wisdom, and a slice of healthy living, one conversation at a time.
