Aphrodite Ω Goddess of love and beauty
True love exists; Alana is sure of this. She believes wholeheartedly in the concept of soulmates. That people were once cursed to be split in two and parted, when they meet their other half, only then can they be whole again and experience true love. Â However, she considers this as something impossible for herself, that she might be a broken part who claimed too much of the whole, cursing her soulmate further to never find her, to never be her equal. That is why she manipulates people, proving to herself that her theory is correct, that she will never be content with any one person. She doesn't want to be alone, and so does her best to lead others to the same fate. Henry was the first man she cared for, but she couldn't marry him when she felt they weren't meant for one another.Â
Alana is a talented, passionate woman. It's easy to judge this from everything she does, even if her focus isn't entirely beneficial to those around her. She has a strong interest in journalism, mostly because she enjoys pulling the strings of this town and its people, and her position as editor of the fashion and society section of the Tartarus Chronicle offers her the throne to do so. Alana enjoys the influence the work gives her, watching the dominoes fall after deeming something the newest trend, and the opportunity it offers to mingle with the important people of Tartarus. What she wont allow anyone to know is that she also runs the integrated TC gossip blog. She goes so far as to post submissions about herself in order to maintain her anonymity.Â
Career: Fashion and Society Editor for the Tartarus Chronicle. Maintains the TC gossip blog.
History: Alana likes to abuse her abilities, seducing with ease and watching men unravel. That doesn't mean she is adverse to the idea of helping people find each other, though she is quick to jealousy in the result. She would never admit that she sometimes stacks the cards in the favour of couples.Â
