Is it legit now that anyone asks the restaurant about someone visiting in the booking email and the restaurant will answer and talk about the person who visited? if it was ok with the restaurant to share that there was an ot7 dinner then why they didn't mention it before? why the restaurant didn't say anything about that dinner for promotions though? why hobi didn't share anything about it when he likes to post those group dinners on Instagram? even if the dinner was taekook only or Ot7 the restaurant didn't mention it until jungkook mentioned it first after 3 months, then doesn't seem right for the restaurant to share anything first now how they easily talked about it with random emails.
Do I dare step back into the world of Atomix???
OKAY... so some alleged fans supposedly contact Atomix to book the place for an event and supposedly asked them if Jin ever visited/ate there, and according to some screenshots they confirmed he did.
OK we're up to date on JIN/ATOMIX now to the questions...
Is it legit now that anyone asks the restaurant about someone visiting in the booking email and the restaurant will answer and talk about the person who visited?
In my country, this would be considered breach of not only data protection laws but a person's privacy, you can't just hand over names of people who book with you. I'd imagine it's the same in New York too.
Now to play devil's advocate... some restaurants do use celebrities as advertising tools so this is certainly possible, but the issue I would have with this is the ATOMIX meal was a private dining event not a celebrity eating there at the same time as anyone else.
If it was ok with the restaurant to share that there was an ot7 dinner then why they didn't mention it before? Why the restaurant didn't say anything about that dinner for promotions though?
Like I said previously, possibly because it was a private booking, and the restaurant was closed to the public, so probably needed BTS/members to confirm their visit before being able to use that information going forward for promotional purposes.
Why Hobi didn't share anything about it when he likes to post those group dinners on Instagram?
I could be argued that he simply forgot, I mean it was 3 months prior and maybe he didn't use the toilet so didn't know what it looked like.
Even if the dinner was taekook only or Ot7 the restaurant didn't mention it until jungkook mentioned it first after 3 months, then doesn't seem right for the restaurant to share anything first and how they easily talked about it with random emails.
This, like I said would be the biggest issue overall, sharing stuff that's supposedly confidential, unless they company allows it for promo purposes.
Let's all of us agree it was a BTS meal/event where Taekook had a special moment and which JK decided to share with us on Instagram. Ignore/block the shippers who are trying to as stick to but use with.
Taekook have other moments which show us they do things privately.
