𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗘.... . . . . To not be happy. To not be sad. To not be any emotion in particular. To just BE. Be present in the moment and embrace the lack of emotion. 𝗧𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 “𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴”..... With being so sick the last few days I’ve been a bit out of sorts. My body is drainined of energy and I’ve been in a bit of pain. When you’re not feeling 100% it really takes some effort to even want to feel anything in particular. I’ve been “wanting” to give a sh$t, but I just haven’t.... I haven’t felt like talking. I haven’t felt like posting on social media. But that’s made me realize that, that’s ok. It’s ok to listen to my body. It’s ok to take a break. It’s ok to say no. There is no guide book to how quick you should recover from a major illness or how to go about it. So, right now, I have to listen to myself. The inner voice which is telling me to slow down.
