|| S O N I C || • demibiromantic (?) asexual • I’m trynna think of a way to sneak around cannon for gender hmmmm • I like to think that he’s as tall as hell get because hedgehog’s are small than most other Mobians and sonic will really only gain like a couple a inches at most • tails however is gonna keep on growing and will eventually be taller than sonic (growth spur included) • everyone then starts to think that the twenty something y/o sonic is younger than the seven years younger tails • they realize their mistake when sonic speaks but sonic gets really tired of it • tails finds it hilarious • sonic also doesn’t like wearing tight clothes, and if he can help it he won’t wear anything like he you usually does. however, being a famous hero earns him invitations to a fancy party here and there and being the nice person he is he attends them up until the fiftieth one where he goes “ya know I don’t wanna be mean but I’m getting tired of getting a burst lung from this tight suit every Friday” so he comes up with excuses • most of the time his excuse consists of him saying his quills tore the suit and everyone wonders where he gets the money for ‘repairing’ it so often • unless his friends need him to wear it that is otherwise after his breaking point he’s like 'nope’ • classic sonic (or ten year old sonic in my hc) was extremely quiet and not much like modern, since he was reserved due to not being exactly eased slowly into this hero shindig • as in: his family disappeared a month before Eggman first showed up, and he was still not exactly stable by the time he realized he was the only one who could do something, and he hated seeing everyone suffer and be upset. • he started being carefree and cheerful when he realized he couldn’t hold on to the past. one hakuna matata cover later and we have a brighter sonic in time for sonic 2 • his voice as classic was his voice from the ova • Sonic’s voice changes so often due to his repetitive use of the chaos emeralds • his green eyes are actually the sign of maturity in young Mobians, not the emeralds doing • his speed idk • tails was five when they met, and sonic’s distaste for tears grew everytime he saw baby tails cry during a thunderstorm or after a nightmare • he doesn’t own a house, with the closest thing he has to a home being tails’ workshop • his schedule is do whatever Tuesday-Friday and globetrot Saturday-Monday, days can be flexible • he keeps a communicator tails made for him (hidden under the cuff of his glove) everywhere he goes, in case something were to happen • sonic is the only one who you could call tails’ guardian, and the only reason why child services haven’t placed the fox with a foster family or whatnot is because of his intellect and because sonic is a hero, even at the age of 15 • sonic is lucky tails is generally well behaved and really he can be a pain to deal with too, but there are times when sonic does scold tails • i.e. tails was working on a project as was having a tough time with it. he accidentally needed up saying 'damn’ just as sonic walked past the door and he zipped back in and started to demand where he got that word from when tails replies he got it from sonic, sonic stops using that word (this probs happens post shadow the hedgehog) • another time was when they were little and tails jokingly started to push sonic into a pool of water, thinking sonic’s struggling was a mock way of playing it wasn’t until he nearly tipped into the water that sonic bolted his way to the top of a tree and scolded teenie tails from the top
