I mean, it’s not gonna be that nice for a long time. It’s gonna be a knock-down drag-out psychic battle for a while. Her name means victory at great cost- but victory nonetheless. Pyrrha will win.

But look, this is just me rationalizing based on what makes sense for the characters to me. That’s not where the actual evidence is. The G.U.N. theory is a theory about allusions, and well- absolutely every single one of the allusions points to Pyrrha Nikos and Cinder Fall joining forces. How RT will spin it exactly, I don’t know. But it’s happening.

腰の不調は様々な要因が隠れていますので、一概に「これ！」と言える物ではありません。

内臓からくるもの、 筋骨格系からのものとに分けられます。

ここでは筋骨格系のお話をします。

更に腰椎に何か起きている場合、 骨盤の歪みからくるもの、 両方まずい状態 と3つに分けられます。

さらい分類すると 背骨が硬い場合、 猫背であたまが前方に出ている場合、 こかんせつの可動域に問題がある場合、 とどんどん分けられていきます。

腰に関しては複雑ですが、 仙腸関節を緩めてから各エクササイズをして、締めなおしてください。

多列筋を意識して歩かれる事も、効果が出やすいですよ。
