Many art pieces being finished.
- folded laundry (BIG DEAL!! HAVEN'T DONE THAT IN TWO YEARS)
- started organizing my desk (baby steps. Do not have places for everything yet)
- discovered the joy of cleaning (!!! Satisfying! Even in tiny increments. Not draining, very empowering.)
- THE AMOUNT OF READING THAT HAS HAPPENED IN ONLY FIVE DAYS
- cleaned half of room! Big deal! I have a floor. Needs to be vacuumed. Doing that next
- discovered I do not actually like just tossing stuff willy nilly. Bothers me. Bothers me a lot.
- Made homemade spider killer (it's been on my list) that will NOT hurt my cat if he tries to eat dead spider (naughty bastard)
- Discovered I can sleep??? On Adderall?? No more constant nightmares (have been having those since I was seven) and now get eight consecutive hours of sleep a night.
- discovered I actually don't really need anxiety or depression meds — most of it came from the extreme executive dysfunction and feeling worthless because "why can't I just do this?"
- No longer impervious to pain. Ow. Everything feels much sharper now.
- How to break out of instinctive "There's no way I can do that, it'll be so draining and take so much time" and go "...Eh. it'll only take a couple of minutes" (learning. I dusted everything and did laundry today)
- how to do more than three Impossible™ tasks in a day (baby steps)
- I now have the power to fight god AND manage his throne. Need to learn kingdom management (how to stop cat from screaming at three am because he hates the sleeping all night thing)
