Enforcer - The Syndicate’s “non-flying brick”. Superstrength and invulnerability via a skin-level ablative forcefield, which explodes violently when depleted.
Conduit - Noncombatant. Has the ability to grant weaker copies of other abilities he has ‘stored’ to human beings.
Synath - Technological officer. They have a ‘synergistic intelligence’ - they become more intelligent proportional to the amount of intelligence in their ability’s radius. Other powered intellects have varied, usually multiplicative, effects.
