It took him a bit longer to actually reply to her, catching himself staring in the process. He shook his head, trying to ignore the light blush forming across his features and nervously cleared his throat, looking away.

“…Naoko, right? Y―You’re Keiji’s sister. You look, uh, way different than how I imagined you.” She shouldn’t be cute, damnit! “S―Sure… But let me pay. I’m supposed to be the gentleman.”

    “He? What a man!” She said with a laugh and grinned down at him. “Not that I couldn’t pay myself, but I’ll gladly accept your offer. Though it completely destroys the original intend to invite you on something as an apology.” She waved the topic off with her hand.

    “Did the cold water help?”Shoji asked as he stepped up close to Arai and his burned fingertips. It had been just a small accident, usually these types were.

Too bad Arai wouldn’t be able to play for a few days now, as he needed to let his slightly blistered fingers heal. Shoji was thinking about pricking holes into the blisters, which would speed up the healing process. He’d suggest it in a bit.

     “Let me see.”Taking Arai’s hand gently in his own, he looked at the injury, nothing bad tho. Just a bit on the tip of Arai’s left index finger and his middle finger. The rest were just a bit red, probably sore tho.

Shoji lifted the hand up, closer to his face, pressing two tiny and soft kisses on the finger tips.

    “You’re quite the cat, eating something that smells and tastes like cat food, when you’re supposed to be some sort of reptile instead.

    "Hiro-kun!" it's an excited lilt that takes form in his voice, cheerily waving and running towards the other wing spiker. there's a tall stack of books in his arms, and he attempts to balance them while doing such a task. the key word, of course, is 'attempt', but he doesn't do it very well because he loses balance a bit, shoe making a sort of scuffing sound against the tile floor. at the last second, they manage to react accordingly and maintain their posture.     'Okay, good. If I fell in front of Hiro-kun, he'd     think I was uncool or something!' his lips fall into a sheepish smile and he lets loose a slight but embarrassed chuckle.
