g, i think you’ve done a fantastic job with regulus - you put so much thought and love into him, and it really shows. everything you write is fab, and i definitely stalk your blog creepily when i’m supposed to be doing other things like my own replies.

“Lucius.” She announces softly, a little too softly, “I am going to exit this room right now. I am going to walk back in, and you are going to tell me once more, what you have just told me. Loud and clear. Because I must   not   have heard you correctly the first time.”

‘Narcissa, I lost our house elf’ was so ridiculous it was unbelievable. But as foolish as her husband could be, there was a deep groan settling in Narcissa’s gut. Part of her believed he surely was capable of doing such a stupid thing.

She turns her back to her husband and strides out of their bedroom door. Seconds later, she turns on her heels and glides back into the bedroom.

What do you think about public call out posts?

I think I’ve answered this one a couple of times...I’ve been around so long now, I’m just doing the same memes over and over again. 

I hate them. I don’t agree with them under any circumstances. I’m not here for this tumblr crowd mentality, let’s all get our flaming torches and pitchforks out. You don’t know someone’s mental health, you don’t know what is true and what isn’t and honestly, we live in this little tumblr bubble where we think we’re somehow changing the world one call out post at a time. We’re not. There’s no excuse to encourage hate and a weird crowd mentality on one person from behind a screen. You’re a troll. Just because you’re not commenting on facebook posts or living the anonymous twitter life doesn’t make you any less of a troll. Being on tumblr doesn’t make it cool to do those things, because you think you’re somehow doing good. 

I’ve seen call out posts because someone accidentally said something they weren’t aware was offensive. We should boycott those blogs instead of just informing them why what they said could have caused offence? It’s bizarre to me honestly. The whole thing is bizarre. It’s bullying, plain and simple. There’s honestly no excuse unless someone is a mass murderer or something, in which case...why are you posting about it on tumblr instead of going to the police? Maybe I’m old, but I don’t understand them and I won’t ever be someone getting involved.

my opinion on;

character in general: I love Lucius. In the same way I love most characters, when they are complex. You can’t write him off as a good or bad person, you can’t define him because he’s fucking human. He’s neither brave nor a coward, he’s neither loving nor cold. He’s literally a character so hard to pin down, and has you so on the fence with him...and I fucking love that. how they play them: Please see my points above and know that this blog nails it. Absolutely hands down understands Lucius. Embraces the flaws, embraces the good points and really makes him a fully fledged character. Their writing is amazing, and I’m so glad I found this blog. I don’t even know I did, but I’m a sucker for good writing. I want to know everything there is to know about this Lucius, I read everything they put on the dash and they even manage to infuse darkness with humour. I am a sucker for good dialogue and theirs is on point. I like realistic dialogue, I like to hear the actual voice of that character and this mun manages to completely capture that with their Lucius. I am a fan. the mun: We haven’t actually spoken, but I’m going to fix that when I have my list of James/Lucius AU’s prepped and ready.

what is my;

overall opinion: Hands down, one of the best Lucius blogs I’ve ever seen. 

The soft padding of footsteps was easily mistaken when her back was to the door, busy pouring over the library shelves of old records and paying little attention to the inhabitants of her new home.

Upon turning she had realised her mistake and adjusted herself quickly; features going from warm to surprised to pleasant and cordial. Pureblood parents were hardly something she wasn’t used to. A lifetime of learning to mind her Ps and Qs had readied her for this, but Astoria couldn’t say off the top of her head if she had ever been alone with the Malfoy patriarch, even once     and he was intimidating, even more so than most.
