thank you so much!!! :~D!! it’s been so long since i used acrylics, so it was honestly pretty fun and refreshing to complete this painting! and the commissioner sounded super pleased with how it came out (she told me that the entire family was going to cry when they saw it, because this is a memorial painting for their dog who passed away in january)

15. talk about smth good or exciting that happened to u this year: *stares at this for 10 minutes* um i met some rly nice ppl on this site....i wrote a poem a couple days ago that resonated w me and a lot of ppl......i got a job as a server n i know my coworkers r transphobic but its not all bad..i can have fun w them when nobodys thinkin abt gender.......i visited yucatan and felt so at peace with all the colors and the people there. i swam in the ocean and wailed on the shore under a full moon and howled at some dogs while on an atv, who barked back and ran with me for a bit (insp for my poem). i held some snakes and met my friends pet lizard named fridge! had many late nights with friends just stayed up talkin! i wore glitter for the first time at pride! OH YEAH i moved into a new house BDBDBHDJD.....i watched kikis delivery service in cinemas and cried like a baby...........o this is getting long i cant pick one good thing that happened to me i feel like theyre all small good things and its been a rough half year but good things did happen. are happening. life is okay and sometimes it is good
29. do you collect anything? what are some hobbies you have? i collect movie tickets!! and um *pulls up wiki list of hobbies* creative writing is more a necessity to me than a hobby..i wanna make a living of it someday hopefully dhdjjfdj i read a lot of poetry and play video games and worldbuild and people watch......and i like to take pix on my phone of things that catch my eye!!
30. what do you do to feel at peace? i expand my awareness outwards of my body. i focus on pleasant things, which could be the sun filtering through the trees, or bird song, or my dogs breathing. i expand my awareness further still and acknowledge my small presence in this big world, in this big universe. i let the world hold me. i let the universe cradle me as it cradles everyone and everything. watching a nature documentary will have the same effect
