I have very inflexible shoulders. (Also, the one time I tried to learn swing dancing — from my ex — I ended up on the floor LOL)

Heh, nothing wrong with falling down when learning a new thing.

I do not have that problem. I can't even imagine what having inflexible shoulders must be like. Even when I've hurt my shoulder it still tends to have a wide range of motion.

When I took judo, and we had these shoulder locks, they're joint locks, they're supposed to immobilize you, but also hurt an make you tap out of a fight -- and I just... They don't hurt me at all. They feel incredible. (If I ever tapped out of a should lock, it was to avoid making some sort of, uh, inappropriate noise.)
