Seeing them outside of SeaWorld is an entirely different experience. Healthy in their natural habitat is where they belong. Not as tourist traps. . . One of the best places to scuba dive with the dolphins is here at San Benedicto Island, Mexico. The dolphin will sometimes come up to you and want to be scratched!!!! They will swim around you in a playful manner. One ☝️ of the things I like about body weight 🦍training is while my mind might feel tired 💤 after my exhausting swim there are muscles💪🏾 in my body that are resilient to exhaustion . While 6 press-ups pushups might not be considered a feat having done 20 before these were on my fingertips of course Lack of sleep 💤 is not a good recommendation as I found out this morning. While the water was warm I was still breathing ice cold air and having not swim in a while was out of breath pretty quickly having to get back into the rhythm of the dolphin stroke and breathing technique. Not counting lengths I I’d at least a dozen.
