That's why whales blow bubbles to create a curtain of air that a large school of food cannot penetrate. . We also make a lot of sound with our dive regulators. So basically as a group of divers, we clear out the reef of all the cool stuff to see with all of our bubbles and noise. . When diving, try to stay in front of the pack with the dive master. You will get first chance at shooting cool life before it is chased off by the all the other divers. If you find yourself at the back of the pack, look up ahead to see what the dive master and others are shooting. They will find life like an eel, nudibranch, crabs, juvenile fish, seahorses....things that wont run off. Let them find your subject up ahead of you while you are busy shooting your current subject. When you are done with your shot, move up to the next subject that the group has already found.
