Swim instructor jobs can be challenging at times, but also very rewarding. A child having some sort of personal success after leaving swim lessons is rewarding. You can become a good swim instructor if you are interested in teaching. At the very least, a good swim instructor likes to be around children and wants to become a role model for those participants. With Jeff Ellis Management, all the swim instructor training is done in-house by a certified Program Coordinator designated for your facility. We provide you with a swimming instructor job description. Swim instructors are given the task at swim instructor training to complete swimming prerequisites.

But I normally just "pass" as a guy to the kids I teach and their parents, which I really like. One of the things that helps me to do that is binding my chest safely! My favorite binder to wear for everyday life is the Flavnt Streetwear Bareskin Binder. A second favorite would be the GC2B binders. However, I tried teaching lessons in both of these binders, but since I was in the water 35 hours a week, neither binder would last longer than 2 weeks, which was getting expensive very fast. Luckily, I was able to find out about Outplay's swimming tops through social media! They have many different styles of tops and I picked their Swimmee top, which offers low or high compression. (For reference, I am wearing a size medium in high compression.) It is not marketed as a binder but it still keeps my chest contained in a very gender-affirming manner. And I've worn it for over a week now and the material is so strong and suited for swimming that it still completely has its shape and compression ability!
