A Discovery

It pains me to do this but I feel it’s important for my experience with @swevenfox to be made public to inform the community of my experience with them as an artist. I have tried on numerous occasions to rectify the issue privately but have not received any communication from them whatsoever in months; and now feel swevenfox has no intention of delivering the service I paid for.
In these cases I feel it’s important that the information be made public, so if the artist decides to open up commissions again in future, people can make an informed decision about whether to work with them or not. Details under the cut:
TL;DR I paid for a commission and have received no art, and no communication from swevenfox for 5 months now, despite numerous attempts to contact them via several different platforms/email addresses
(as of February 2021, I’ve received my refund.)
