It was a disgusting mocking tone, not unlike Doctor Robotnik. She’d heard tales. The one of her Uncle and the blue pest on Little Planet. How a particularly pink and adoring fan was taken as bait. It would have been hilarious to laugh about some more, had it actually worked. Still, she couldn’t resist to get a quip in or two.
She piloted her own Egg Mobile, an.. Egg Mobile Jr., if you will. All she could do was hover close. Not too close, though. She feared that hammer of hers. She wasn’t going to come home to bruises to her perfect, beautiful and charming face. Omelette couldn’t understand why this girl had feelings for their worst enemy, but that alone in her book was enough to pick on her.
“You got no taste, huh?” the insults only continued “Just ‘cause he saved ya once doesn’t mean he loves you!! Give me a break.”

Perhaps Sonic should have been a little more conscientious of the others who were already sat down, and even Amy, so not to embarrass her in the middle of the coffee shop, but gods, he'd rather suffer the slight discomfort of those words than the complete embarrassment of rejecting her for the hundredth time in public.
The brief second of discomfort passed though, and soon the hog had navigated around humans and animals alike to slot himself down at the table across from his friend, offering her a smile the moment he arrived. "So yeah... What's kickin'? Didja already order?"
Casual and domestic, but it wasn't an unusual sight for the people of Station Square or for the hogs either. Not everyday was adventure and Sonic preferred it like that, relaxation was better.

First, peeking in the room to make sure she was in there, the hedgehog floated in the sitting room where Amy was currently occupying. Without even bothering to sit down next to her, he continues to float in front of her, legs slightly lifted, and an arm dangling down.

Being a world-renowned hero was great. Mostly for the free chili-dogs. On one handed, that fame and renown game with same... Less than desirable bits.
