An Italian aperitif cocktail that is both cool and sweet.
Ingredients: 3 oz Aperol. 2 oz Prosecco. 1 oz Soda water. Orange slice for garnish. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Put ice cubes in a glass. Add Aperol to the ice as a drink. Add Prosecco on top. Put in soda water. Mix everything together slowly. Add a slice of orange as a garnish. Serve cold.
