oh, buddy, if i counted EVERY daydream i had as a different au we would be here for a while lmfao; ill list the most unique ones ive been meaning to write that may or may not just stay daydreams 🙈
video game moments au: eridan and sollux find themselves both stuck in virtual reality and forced to beat video games together. they end up being dumbasses and get into stupid shenanigans in places such as spore, ib, the stanley parable, etc (im not shitting you when i say that this has been in my head since about 2014-2015 lmao)
the absurd bathroom au: humanstuck, the beta trolls all live in one big house, and eridan has his own bathroom to himself on the top floor. somehow, eridan and sollux end up in the habit of playing the worlds longest and gayest game of simon says in the form of sollux kissing eridans face, and adding a new kiss to the pattern every second day; this au is mostly just a domestic au with the erisol being a little bit ridiculous on the side <3
the streamer au: another humanstuck, this one is mostly just me thinking of what type of streamer types all the beta trolls and beta kids would be, mixed with eridan and sollux being gayasses as the main focus; key moments include "eridan commits among us imposter betrayal on sollux for the bit" and sollux recreating the octodad amazon arcade as an interactive vr map for eridan
zombiestuck au: the gist of it? eridan fucks around and finds out in the apocalypse, gets cut in half and zombified, yet he stays perfectly aware and lucid. after he hand-walks all the way back to sollux at their little base, they have to figure out how to balance wanting to be around each other while eridan practically shits his missing pants at the idea of accidentally biting sollux lmfao
cape world au: eridan has gone missing on earth C, and sollux finds out he's been hiding away from everyone in a pocket dimension he's sewn into his capes. as eridan tries to both shoo sollux out yet hide further into the dimension from him, sollux snoops around and learns more about himself and eridan through their ties to erisolsprite.
honorable mentions go to the pokemon au where they are shiny hunters, the splatoon 2 au where they throw at turf war or some shit, and the undertale au where they take the character slots of mettaton and alphys and MPSA reader is a special guest to be the frisk of the au lol
