When Da Crofter's Kep pattern was first released earlier this year, I spun a hat amount with the sheep's natural colors. Then I decided I wanted to do my own pattern for the kep. Then summer happened and knitting a hat didn't feel as relevant. Now things have really grown gray outside and the pattern is finally done. Going through and sorting a swedish finewool fleece from @hogagardefargard and I'm finding everything from light brown to blonde. It's amazing. So well sheared with minimal vm or double cuts. It turns into the most amazing yarn that really fluffs up and fills out (and is so satisfyingly bouncy) after washing.
