Breaking News: The union rep appears to be swimming in a puddle of his own sweat after trying to turn a denied grievance into a dramatic performance.
Apparently, the latest theory is that I "didn't want" to hold an informal meeting. The problem? The grievance didn't follow the procedures required under their own rules.
It's a tough day when the rulebook you brought to the game ends up sitting on the opposing bench.
Until further notice, thoughts and prayers for anyone trying to build a case on assumptions instead of facts.
PS. When a grievance gets denied because it didn't follow its own procedures, that's not a conspiracy... it's called reading the rulebook.
