After months of taking it light i am coming back with what i absolutely love doing. So, Here is a "HIIT TO 12" sesh for......well..all of us because we should only only be working out at home. #swatihomeworkout This include 12 different exercise to be done for 12 second or 12 reps(no rest between exercise) and then take 1-2 minutes of break and repeat the circuit 2-3 times more ⭐ Squats ⭐ Mountain climbers ⭐Burpees ⭐Tricep dips ⭐Plank ⭐Butt kicks ⭐ Push ups ⭐ Russian twists ⭐ Reverse lunges ⭐Situps ⭐ Kickbacks ⭐Jumping jacks Do it!!
