(the restraint i ended up going with is based on dental mouthpieces meant to keep your mouth open. mostly because, when i think medical horror i usually think about those super elaborate saw-trap looking versions of those mouthpieces they use in cartoons to emphasize the fear of the dentist. hes still a surgeon, though. just. man i dont know. i thought about extracting venom from snakes and it seemed apt for it. Plus, it makes him look really angry all the time (he is) and he just looks sort of pathetic . like an angry kicked dog, as opposed to the sad kicked dog normal shidou is)

some non t3 thoughts

hes bullying a 15 year old. messing with them and giving them the worlds worst headache. 10Shidou voice erm acktually and es is going to have an anyuresm.

and no es in this but

I think because he still had + lost his family... and that his entire reason for being how he is is that loss, he'd be very patronizing of es. Same reasons, though... thinking they're too young, that they don't have the capacity to properly give judgement, and the secret thing of them reminding him of his sons in a way he doesnt want to think about... Especially in this case, where I'd imagine he's trying his best not to be too soft/get attached (he will, though.)
