Well someone just broke up when designing this flag. It’s a crying heart pretty much. I can see this flying in one of those overzealous pride parades, and this would represent antiromantic or something like that. You know, those people who feel the need to put a label on everything they feel.
Anyway, those are actually not tears, but rather gold drops (?). Susuman is known to be the gold mining industry centre in the oblast. So they’re trying to say “We literally have a heart made of gold”
