Ingredients: 10 sheets nori seaweed. 3 cups sushi rice. 1 lb sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced. 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, thinly sliced. 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cucumber, thinly sliced. 1 avocado, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup pickled ginger. Wasabi to taste. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice, then let it cool. Arrange a nori sheet on a sushi mat and then cover it with sushi rice. Put slices of salmon, tuna, shrimp, cucumber, and avocado on top. Use the sushi mat to roll the food up tightly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Repeat with the rest of the sushi roll ingredients to make more. Place the sushi rolls on top of each other to make a cake with several levels. Add soy sauce to the sushi cake and top it with wasabi and pickled ginger. For fun, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
