It was giving me a total headache squinting at the screen, and for some reason I couldn’t find the solution online. Then I recently found out the way to fix it! I wanna share the solution to help fellow users~

Find the icon of the offending program on your desktop/folder/wherever. Right click and choose Properties on the menu (last option)

Now go to the Compatibility tab at the top, you’ll see this:

Check the box that says “Override high DPI scaling behavior”. Mine worked when I set it to System.
