L O C K D O W N T R A I N I N G 😴 . For most of us we're just trying to stay fit, health and sane❗ . I know right now I don't care how much I can lift or how many reps I can do. I just want to be fit and healthy. . The problem I've found is that during lockdown with barely any equipment it's so easy to get stuck in a rut, doing the same exercises over and over... Press Ups...Squats...Burpees... 💤💤💤 Doing the same thing over and over multiple times per week is a good way to pick up little niggles and injuries, which eventually will put you off training. . Every couple of weeks change up your training, even if it's just small adjustments, increasing or decreasing a range of movement. Instead of running 5K, do some hill sprints, instead of doing high intensity workouts, go for a long steady walk. . Last thing I want is to be laid up and unable to stay active during a time where its vital you look after your physical and mental health (even though IT'S ALWAYS THE TIME to look after yourself). . #supremetraining #fitness #workouts #active #healthy #healthylifestyle #healthandfitness #pressups #injuryprevention #injury #gym #nogym #coaching #personaltrainer https://www.instagram.com/p/CBbk23Wg2PI/?igshid=1hhzfuczppaoy
