Thank you all so much for your messages from my post yesterday. Everything was getting a bit much but I knew I'd be okay, just needed to let it out. . Been focusing on self care this weekend with a long hot bath last night and lots of Disney+ . Got up this morning (almost afternoon 🙈) and put some makeup on. Then my sister @clur.as.day picked me up and I spent the afternoon watching Frozen 2 and Sophia the First 👸with her and my nieces as my support bubble (I'm asumingg that's still a thing? I have no idea what the rules are anymore!) . We had some fruit cider and lots of snacks too 😄 . I then decided to walk home so I got some gentle exercise and fresh air. Plus I love walking down the little lanes between our homes. I even managed to tackle the washing up when I got in 💪 . I'm not "back to normal" but I'm better then I was this time yesterday. Hoping to spend some time with some more lovely people soon 💗 .
