I'm in need of some groceries, and supplies for an upcoming vendor event, and in a week and a half, I'm having dental work done. The only way I know how to do it is by reminding people of the things I do.

So I made this account to go into detail into how Tumblr.com has wronged me in the last month and half.

My blog was originally demi-space-ace.tumblr.com. I had other blogs connected to that account too-- blondetheftauto.tumblr.com and blondetheftauto-fr.tumblr.com. I have been on this site since 2012, and even though its buggy as all hell, I loved scrolling through Tumblr. I loved the Flight Rising community on here. I started my gaming branding here. But how I’ve been treated in the last month has really soured my outlook to Tumblr. My account was terminated a month and a half ago. I sent an email the same day, from my connected email. Waited a couple days, like they said to do on the support form. I didn’t even get an automated email back. So I sent another one a couple days later. Still nothing. Another one a few days later. I religiously checked my spam folder and inbox for any sort of word. Nothing ever came through. I pressed the Magic Link password button on the log in screen just to make sure tumblr email wasn’t broken. I got that email. So I tried a different email account. I sent in a support ticket, and got an automated email back. That was it. 

So I waited a couple days and tried again. Again, only the automated email.

I’ve heard stories of other users terminated on the same day I was getting reinstated within two days. I just think I need to be patient.

I’ve tried contacting them on Twitter. Absolutely nothing on that front. I tried emailing their old support email twice. Only an automated email. I tried calling their headquarters. I only got an automated voice saying “This is Tumblr! We’re not here! Bye!”

So I asked my friends to send support tickets on my behalf.

See, here’s the real kicker: They got someone to answer them back. And you know what they told my friends?

“Oh no! Have them send a support ticket from their account’s email!”

WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK I’VE BEEN TRYING TO DO.

I don’t even know why my blog was terminated in the first place. My side accounts have not been deleted yet, but my main one is gone.

So now here is my final attempt. My last resort, because I do not know what else to do. I’m on the verge of tears because I’m so frustrated and left with no options. 

I’m asking everyone on tumblr here to hear my plea for help. Help me get my story to @support and @staff because this has gone on far too long. I am not the only one in this situation. Reblog it until it goes viral.
