ā flying over platforms?Ā āĀ now mario is just overestimatingĀ him, for grounded as this doll is, only a shred of his flying ability applies in this body. in fact, it is only as a twinkling little star that he is able to float indefinitely, whereas this form weighs him down significantly. frankly, despite living his whole life as a wayward little entity, he quite likesĀ being more earthbound than before. it instills such a comforting feeling of... belongingĀ on this planet. he cannot help but cherish that.
ā haha! unless i got out of this thing, thereād be no way!Ā thinking about it, ā adds geno with a thoughtful hum, ā i think a star spinĀ may be the most iām capable of. iāll refrain from doing that, though. i mean, we didĀ stock up on a lot of 1-up mushrooms before we came here... so i could probably fall to my death into a few ditches and be perfectly fine!Ā ā
thatās probably not the best way to put that. hm. oh well. rolling his shoulders and taking a look of the immediate area ahead, he gathers that this shouldnāt be too bad. his jumping prowess would never be able to top marioās, but he has proven himself to be quite speedy, light on his feet. precision is going to be key here, not to mention avoiding running into some angry goombas. the worst possible outcome would be coming across one of those hammer brothers or... what were they called... charging charlies? one of those would so easily impede his progress. yikes.
